Shipping is a flat rate of $6.95. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours. We try our best to ship all orders the same day if placed before 2 p.m. CST.
Priority mail typically ships within 2-5 business days. Most orders arrive within 2-3 days of purchase, but we cannot guarantee USPS delivery times. Delivery times do not include Sundays or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order at USPS.com using the tracking number.
Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase. Items must be in new condition with tags still attached and free from odor, pet hair, or other damage. Returns are eligible for store credit only. Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To start a return, contact us at hawtmessboutique@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items that cannot be returned include accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items (any item discounted 30% or more from full retail price).
Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility unless a mistake is made by Hawt Mess Boutique.
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. Please email us at hawtmessboutique@gmail.com with photos of any damages.
