Return Policy

We hope that you love everything you received from Hawt Mess Boutique. If not? No problem!
  • Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 business day of receiving your package. Tracking provided by HMB software system. If you send your items back after the 7 days, you will be responsible for the shipping to have your items send back to you. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • FINAL SALE ITEMS: Swimwear, Athletic wear, Jewelry, Intimated, Bralettes, Leggings, Bodysuits, Hats, Sale Tab and Pre-Order items.
  • ALL SALE ITMES ARE FINAL SALE: Tent Sales, Pop us sales, SALE TABS, and discount codes 25% off and more. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • SHIPPING Clothing: Please wrap your item neatly and in paper/plastic of some kind to protect the item during shipping and place in a box or shipping bag. If item is damaged during shipping, you must file a claim with your shipping provider for damages. Hawt Mess Boutique is not responsible for damaged items caused by shipping.
  • SHIPPING Shoes: Shoes must be returned with/in original shoe box. Shoes/Shoe Box myst also be placed in another box or shipping bag to protect the shoe box and shoes from being damaged during shipping. Wrapping paper will not be accepted. Please DO NOT ship shoes back in just the shoe box. We will not accept the shoes for return if shipped in this manner. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 2 DAYS of receiving your order. Please email us at hawtmessboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damages.

RETURN SHIPPING COST is customer's responsibility, unless a mistake is made by Hawt Mess Boutique!

Please include this packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it, We need this to process your return/exchange.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed. Items purchased with store credit are final sale.
